•La Luna; a 2-room cottage with galley kitchen, equipped with a Queen bed and convertible sofa. It has two small private porches. Between these 2 units is a rustic wood-burning sauna. 431ft2

•El Mirador; a 2-level apartment with a terrace above that affords breathtaking views of the Lake and its surrounding volcanoes. 1,163ft2

•La Galeria; a large studio, converted from art gallery, It has an integrated kitchen/dining/sleeping area and an adjacent private patio. 1,335 ft2

•El Nidito; a large 2d floor studio with fireplace and a private porch overlooking the garden. 1,205 ft2.
All are beautifully designed, with tiled floors, and several of them with high, wood-beamed ceilings. All have cable TV and are tastefully furnished with Mayan paintings and other wall hangings. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to all and otherwise available in common areas.

The central garden holds a large collection of flowering and medicinal plants and also features an enclosed massage area and a solar-heated hot soak tub.
The size of the property is 1,001 m2. The main house was built in 1989 with the separate units and facilities constructed since 2001. The American owner originally developed and operated the property as a culturally- oriented guest lodge which was highly recommended in the premier travel guide Lonely Planet and by on-line rental booking agencies. He has since closed the business and has continued to privately rent the separate units, mostly through Airbnb and HOMEAWAY/VRBO. Used as such, rental income from the property’s units readily covers overhead and still provide some profit. The property is also adaptable to other commercial uses (e.g., medical clinic, NGO operations) and to sub-division for sale of separate units. Unit prices include all furnishings and appliances. Oil paintings and decorative belongings are negotiable.
